Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in the US, China, Belgium, Malaysia, and Korea. So, please expect that your items might be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing and depending on availability and shipping speed to your country.

Q. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes free worldwide shipping is available on all orders

Q. What If I want to return my order?

No problem! We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy. Please notice that returns must be in original packaging If the returned item is not in the acceptable condition, it will be refused acceptance.

If you receive a damaged product, do not throw away the packaging. Please contact us immediately at support@limotye.com. We will deal with it without a doubt.

Q. What if parts have gone missing or broken during assembly?

We have provided extra parts in most of the packaging in case you need extra parts but if you need more please do not hesitate to contact us


Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. It will usually take 4-30 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q. What if I can't figure out the puzzle
Please email us at support@limotye.com if you're faced with any difficulties during assembly, our expert will provide the best guidance for you.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A. It will take usually between 2-5 business days.

Q. Where can I place an order from?
A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.

Q. Is shipping FREE?
A. Yes, shipping is Free Worldwide on most items. 

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?
A. You can be sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. 

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
A. We do not sell our customer's information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. 

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends on where you are located.
From our experience, only Scandinavians and Northern EU countries will require payment of VAT and/or administrative charges for delivery of your item. Most items going to the USA, Canada, Germany, France, and Asia will not impose additional VAT charges on your item and in most cases are delivered as normal.
